You need to have a registered profile in order to transact on this website. Your profile has a email and password which you will need to log in. You can add items to your cart without being logged in, but on checkout you will need to either log in or register if you don't as yet have a profile.
You need to select the “Forgotten Password” link when logging into your profile and type in your registered email address. We will email a link to the registered email address which will allow you to update your password.
Each product on the website has linked descriptions of its functionality which allow customers to compare and choose products.
We also have a live chat facility on the site which can be access via the bottom right hand corner. If our support agents are offline they will respond to your query via email.
